Massage sessions are by appointment only and I always try to schedule your appointment at a time best suited to your needs. I am available seven days a week, generally from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM most days. Other hours may be available when planned a few days in advance.
All appointments are booked so that each session is unhurried. Please call to book your appointment and I will do my best to schedule your session for your most convenient time. If your call is not answered, please leave a message and I will return your call as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & No-show Policy
Your time is valuable. My time is valuable. Out of respect for both of us, if you are unable to make your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible, but at least 12 hours before your appointment. A cancellation payment of $40.00 is expected for any no-shows or appointments canceled less than 12 hours in advance. This amount should be paid prior to, or at your next scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
